Five Stars. Rich Jr. and crew replaced our roof in September. They were professional from start to finish. Rich worked with us to get the look and quality in shingles that we wanted, and worked to accommodate our timing. On job day I particularly appreciated the care to detail they took at protecting the landscaping and deck from damage and the thorough cleanup. They even brought in a port-a-potty for the crew, which I have never seen before for a one-day job. Their pricing was more than competitive — I did shop around and got many references for “best prices”. Erb beat them all for the roof and the gutter guards they also installed for us. And the roof looks great! Finally, just this week, I had another very small issue with my down spouting. It was unrelated to the roof job but I called Rich Jr. because I knew he would be familiar with our house. Even though it was a small job, hardly worth his trouble, Rich came out within the week and took care of it for us. That’s not service you’ll often find with a larger company that takes your check then disappears .Give Erb Construction a try. They are very good people.
